SLC continue to deliver sector-leading advice to local authorities through our unique and highly acclaimed Think Tank seminars and we are delighted to announce further details about our Sheffield Think Tank on 21 March 2018 – Transforming Leisure and Cultural Provision.
This facilitated peer learning event provides expert advice on the approach to leisure and culture service transformation to help you achieve the very best outcomes for your service.
Aimed towards Senior Officers and Members, our Think Tank is designed to provide a more informed approach to delivering leisure and cultural services sustainably by exploring the various stages of the transformation journey. It also provides an opportunity to meet with colleagues from other authorities, organisations and experts involved in the transformation of their services in a challenging financial climate.
This invitation-only event has been scheduled for Wednesday 21 March 2018, 9.30am – 4.30pm at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield.
SLC’s senior consulting team will be facilitating the sessions and on hand to provide you with valuable insight and tips to achieve successful transformation, and deliver financial savings and tangible health and social outcomes.
Why invest in attending a Think Tank?
Ensuring leisure and cultural services are sustainable, affordable and deliver outcomes that matter is likely to be one of your authority’s most important strategic decisions. It is critical that you get it right.
SLC’s unique approach to facilitating our Think Tanks ensures that you are the key contributor, supported by input from sector leading experts and your own peers. SLC will also provide you with ‘surgeries’ to discuss your own portfolio and project in detail and explore opportunities and ideas with sector-leading transformation experts in the fields of service improvement, asset management, facility development and procurement.
