SLC is delighted to announce that following our ISO 9001:2008 Annual Assessment in February, our certification has been renewed for another year. Our assessment raised no major or minor non-conformities, emphasising the dedication of the team to maintain our quality systems and accreditation.
ISO 9001 is a certified quality management system (QMS) for organisations in all business areas including facilities, people, training and services. It enables SLC to deliver an improved operational performance as we monitor, control, and improve the quality of our work increasing our client satisfaction. Achieving this certification demonstrates our commitment to quality in our forms of working and the service we deliver to our clients.
Whilst this is a continual team effort, we would like to acknowledge Senior Consultant, Anna Dalton’s efforts who leads SLC’s ISO Systems and development in doing a great job preparing the team for the Assessment.
